A shepherd accused of brutal murder does not plead guilty.
A lawyer of the detainee makes a new statement. Malkhaz Kobauri"s attorney says that his client has not pleaded guilty of murdering the Smith family and their 4-year-old child, and it is unclear why the Ministry of Internal Affairs has released such information.

The lawyer does not speak about the details but says that his client has a concrete information.
