The Batumi City Court made a decision yesterday and suspended the activities of the hotel " Wellmond" the former Le oGrand in Batumi.

Kakhaber Tsereteli, the hotel"s lawyer made an announcement and underlined that the work of the casino is suspended as well.

According to the attorney, they have not attended the trial and will appeal the decision of the Batumi City Court.

The attorney considers that the court has made a groundless decision because the court did not hear the arguments of the hotel.

The Emergency Management Office has requested the suspension of exploitation of the building of the former Leo Grand Hotel in Batumi.
