Svaneti is fighting with fire for the second day already. Some fire hubs remain in the forest near the village of Zeskho in Kvemo Svaneti.
Heavy smoke and difficult terrain make it difficult for firefighters to work on the ground.

An additional force has already been involved in the process.

"Additional forces are mobilized. Firefighters and rescuers worked for the whole night. We are mobilized, "said Levan Maisuradze, Deputy Director of Emergency Management Agency.

The helicopter is involved in work as well. The mayor of Lentekhi municipality is also on the spot. According to Badri Liparteliani, some small fire hubs remain at this stage.
