The NGO has released a special statement on the necessity of a systematic approach against the hybrid war, which the state should provide with proper strategies and concrete mechanisms.

"The Russian Federation actively uses" soft power "to achieve its strategic objectives in Georgia, which is based on the establishment of non-governmental organizations and foundations and organizing different kinds of forums. One of the main objectives of these activities is strengthening of anti-Western sentiments in society and polarization of the Georgian population, "the statement reads.
