President of Estonia Kirstti Kalulayidi will join Tbilisi International Conference in the afternoon - the second day of the Forum will be opened by the Georgian President. The conference is attended by international analysts, politicians and journalists. Debates about the future of Georgia will be held, as well as Putin"s Russia, oligarchy and democracy. The fourth conference co-organized by the McCain Institute will end today.
