Levan Kipiani resignes after publication of secret records by "Courier"

Levan Kipiani left the Georgian Railway Supervisory Board. Levan Kipiani spreads the following:

"Friends, I made a decision based on the created situation to leave the supervisory board of the Georgian Railway, thank you for the cooperation and wish you success" writes Kipiani.

Another audio recording "Courier" was obtained on Iberia"s case. Levan Kipiani speaks to Zaza Okuashvili, the head of Omega Group and asks to pay 3 million GEL for "Georgian Dream" senior officials in exchange for solving the problem.
