Experts in the field think that the Patriarchy is angry and many reasons are mentioned. Among them are Dean Giorgi Mamaladze"s case and budget funding.

"The Patriarchate may have good intentions about this issue, but it is possible that individuals in the Patriarchate have significant negative moments. In this case, the Patriarchate is angry about separate issues and there are a lot of reasons for this anger,"-Gocha Mirtskhulava said.

According to a part of the theologians, the positions of individual high priests should be taken into consideration. According to them, the Georgian Patriarch should have been more rigid in its positions regarding the cultivation and export of marijuana.
