Former patrol-inspector David Gigashvili was questioned about the murder of Buta Robakidze in the City Court.

The noise  followed the interrogation of the defense witness, who was a former employee of the Interior Ministry and said that five minutes after the accident, he saw how the law enforcers removed weapons from the car. Soso Robakidze protested against the statement.

After that, Judge Davit Mgeliashvili ordered Soso Robakidze to leave the room. The head of the Criminalistics Department of the Samkharauli Forensics Bureau has been questioned at today"s trial and confirmed that the video footage is uninterrupted.

Trial for Buta Robakidze"s murder case has been held for five years now. The main investigative department is accused of abuse of power and falsification of evidence by former senior officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Guram Donadze, Irakli Pirtskhalava, Zura Mikadze, Zaza Bakradze and Davit Iashvili.
