Damaged Part of Shindisi heroes` memorial has already been restored
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the person under the age of 20 has been accused of the crime. According to the available information, young man has mental problems. The Memorial of 17 heroes who were killed in the Shindisi war was damaged two days ago. The local government started to restore it with the City Hall"s Service.
