The country must be governed according to the laws, other methods of management are categorically unacceptable - the Minister of Economics made a statement about the new secret records spread over informal governance and distribution of business circles.

Giorgi Kobulia says that the country should not be governed by somebody"s interests , but it should be governed by law.
