Irakli Kobakhidze has stopped visit to Baku and returns to Georgia. The Chairman of the Parliament will attend the session of the Political Council.
Kobakhidze canceled the visit after the developments on Rustaveli Avenue. Tear gas and rubber bullets were used to disperse civilians gathered outside the Parliament building. The injured are in hospital. The protesters were protesting against the fact that Russian MP Sergi Gavrilov took the Speaker"s seat.
Protesters demanded resignation of Irakli Kobakhidze.
