Nika Melia is free - the court did not satisfy the solicitation of the Prosecutor"s Office.

The judge declared the decision several minutes ago, according to which Melia should pay 30 thousand GEL within 20 days as a bail.

The prosecutor"s office appealed to the court to suspend Nika Melia"s immunity. The noisy hearing lasted nearly 6 hours yesterday and was followed by a plenary session.

Nika Melia addressed the majority of the MPs with an emotional speech. He pointed out that he is freer now when he faces a threat of detention than any member of the majority.
