The parliamentary majority of Georgia assesses the decision of the Strasbourg Court on the Case of Rustavi 2.

The Ruling party states that the Georgian judiciary has passed the test. According to Gia Volsky"s statement, there are no questions about the court.

"Strasbourg"s decision, the Court"s decision would be acceptable for us in any case, no matter what the final would be. This time it was confirmed that the mechanism of suspension was removed from the agenda and it was confirmed that the applicant"s side was entitled to a fair trial, "Gia Volski said.
