Activists expressed protest during the discussion of human rights violations and dispersal of a peaceful rally in Moscow by the Parliamentary Assembly.
When Russian deputy Peter Tolstoy started his speech, activists displayed flags of Ukraine and Georgia and expressed dissatisfaction over the presence of the Russian delegation in the Assembly.
