The High Council of Justice has begun reviewing documents of candidates on the vacant position of the judge in the Supreme Court. Currently there are 16 applications.

The council will select three candidates at the next meeting, after which they will schedule an interview.

Non-judge members of the Council have been focusing on diminishing competition and still calling their colleagues biased.
