Jarji Akimidze and Davit Dvali to start trial against Kibar Khalvashi

The founders of "Rustavi 2" Davit Dvali and Jarji Akimidze will apply to the court to regain 60% of the share.
As it became clear at the briefing, the main defendant in the case will be the current owner of 100% of Rustavi 2 Kibar Khalvashi.
Lawyer Kakha Kojoridze said that Paata Karsanidze, who bought the Rustavi 2 control package in 2004 and gave it to Kibar Khalvashi, was the defendant.
