The bill on increasing the penalty for improper parking has been temporarily suspended. According to Kakha Kaladze, the document will be cast after the bus park is completely renovated. 

Tbilisi Mayor once again explained that 50 GEL fine for violation of parking rules will enter into force after the complete renewal of municipal bus fleet.
“The Parliament considered the issue through three hearings but did not put it for voting, since we expect the arrival of new buses, hereafter new fine system would enter into force. The main focus of our transport policy is that as many people as possible use public transport”, - said Kaladze.
