A 3-year-old boy by accident shot his 6-year-old brother, which resulted in his death.

The tragedy happened in the village of Kvakhchiri in the Terjola municipality.
The child was taken to the National Center for Interventional Medicine, where the patrol police are mobilized.

The investigation was launched under Article 116 of the Criminal Code of Georgia (loss of life through negligence). The crime is punishable by restricting freedom for the term of up to five years or by imprisonment for the same term.
