The trial of Giorgi Rurua is underway in the Civil Court. At the same time, civil activists are holding a rally near the court.

The main demand of the protesters is to release Giorgi Rurua. According to them, he holds the status of a political prisoner.

The protesters gathered outside the Tbilisi City Court holding special banners with the inscription – “Giorgi Rurua is Bidzina Ivanishvili’s personal prisoner”.
