In Zugdidi police arrested a young man. He is accused of raping his cousin.

According to the lawyer of the detainee, Jita Gulu, the person categorically denies the accusation.

As the Ministry of Internal Affairs told Kurieri, the investigation is launched under Article 137, Subparagraph C of the Criminal Code of Georgia (rape of a minor with prior knowledge).
