School and kindergarten of the village of Samtavisi closed because of spread of COVID-19

The head of the Diocese of Samtavisi and Kaspi tested positive for COVID-19.

According to Kurieri, he is in self-isolation, as well as other members of the monastery.

Infection was confirmed in the villages of Samtavisi and Kvemo Chala, Kaspi Municipality. Due to the revealed cases, the school and the kindergarten in Samtavi were closed and moved to the remote mode.
