The building and land space of the Georgian Public Broadcaster [GPB] located at #68 Kostava Street in Tbilisi has been sold at GEL 65 100 000.

The Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau evaluated the property. The land space is 33 209 sq. m., buildings - 23 649.

The high construction coefficient gives multi-profile development prospect to the territory.

A new building for the Public Broadcaster is being constructed at #31 Ana Politkovskaia Street in Tbilisi. Construction began in December 2020 and will be completed in December 2023.
