Hailstorm affects around 10 villages of Kakheti

A strong hailstorm affected about 10 villages in Kvareli, Telavi and Lagodekhi.

According to the existing information, several villages of in Kvareli municipality - Gremi, Eniseli, Sabue, Shilda - were particularly damaged. Besides, agricultural fields have been destroyed.

As the locals said, the hail lasted for about half an hour. Heavy hail damaged the roofs of residential houses and cars. Part of the population is still without electricity.
