A woman was murdered at night in one of the single-family houses in Wieruszów in the Łódź Voivodeship, writes kresy.pl.

The victim comes from Georgia. The perpetrator probably did too.

The police were notified around 4 a.m. about a murder by the inhabitants of the house at Broniewskiego Street, where the crime took place. The house was rented by Georgian citizens, as reported by the Onet portal. They testified that “when they entered the room, they noticed a woman lying on the ground. A masked man was supposed to be standing over her with a knife”. The criminal allegedly ordered the witnesses to remain silent.

According to police, the killed woman had a cut wound on her neck. The victim is from Georgia. The perpetrator fled the crime scene. The search for him is still ongoing. The inhabitants of the house where the murder took place were detained by the police to testify.

The officers already have a description of the perpetrator. Operational activities are ongoing under the supervision of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Sieradz.
