“Hungary’s position is that the decision should be taken in favor of Georgia at the European Council meeting, and this has no alternative - Hungary will be a very strong supporter. Of course, there will be negotiations between the European Union and Hungary, this is the issue of the European Union and Hungary, we cannot interfere in it.

Naturally, these negotiations should not affect the issue of Georgia, especially since it is not correct to connect Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova directly in this direction. You remember that Ukraine and Moldova were granted candidate status last year, but this did not become the basis for Georgia to be granted the status, even though Georgia was much ahead of both countries last year, as well as this year.
