Bacho Dolidze left the United National Movement [UNM] party. As he said, a new party will be created for the parliamentary elections of 2024.

“I am leaving the UNM, because it is time for a new movement. After a good understanding of the past, a new thought, a new word and a new offer to the voters can lead this country out of the crisis in which a particularly polarized society has played a role in recent times.

A new platform will be created from which it will be possible to make new, different and clean policies. The new vision of new people and the accumulated experience of seasoned politicians will bring us the result that we are sure of. A new economically sustainable, depolarized Georgia will be the result. Of course, it will be a political party.

We have repeatedly stated that we do not intend to merge with any existing political party. We will have our own, different vision. Accordingly, we will offer a completely new policy to our voters and our society. By the 2024 elections, this political force, I am absolutely sure, will be in the vanguard of the fight. As for the technical details, such as the congress, the formation of the party, etc. It will be announced in the near future”, - said Bacho Dolidze.
