The unified service center of the patrol police was opened in Batumi

The Minister of Internal Affairs along with his Deputy Minister - Giorgi Butkhuzi, the Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara - Tornike Rizhvadze and other officials of the Ministry, opened the unified service center of the Patrol Police Department in Batumi, Adjara.

Vakhtang Gomelauri had a conversation with the employees of the service center and wished them success in their activities. He also visited the newly renovated building of Adjara Main Division of the Patrol Police Department, equipped in accordance with international standards.

The opening of unified service center in Batumi is aimed at strengthening the structural units of the Ministry and increasing citizens" access to police services.

Beginning from today, citizens will receive up to 50 police services in one space, including: canceling the decision on suspension of the right of driver license or replacing it with a fine, receiving a found license plate, approval for the removal of a vehicle transferred to a special parking lot, and others.

Contemporary unified service center of the patrol police is equipped with visitor queue management system, electronic signature and information technology systems, as well as a system for receiving applications in electronic form.

The building is adapted for people with disabilities as well.

The unified service center of the Patrol Police Department is already functioning in Tbilisi, Rustavi, Mtskheta, Gori and Batumi and will be opened in other cities of Georgia in the future.
