At the plenary session, the Parliament of Georgia approved Irakli Kobakhidze and the composition of the Government with 84 votes against 10.

There is only one new minister in the Cabinet of Ministers - Irakli Chikovani took the position of Minister of Defense. The heads of the remaining agencies were approved by the legislative body unchanged.

To receive confidence, the composition of the Government needed the support of 76 deputies.

The hearing of Irakli Kobakhidze as a candidate for Prime Minister and the question-and-answer session with MPs lasted more than 10 hours.
