New infrastructure is being built for the Winter Olympics in Tbilisi and Bakuriani. Georgia will host the event in February 2025.

A biathlon and cross-country skiing field is being built in Bakuriani, and an ice palace is being built in Tbilisi, which can hold up to 700 spectators.

Both projects should be completed by the end of this year.
