Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze met with Suren Papikyan, Defense Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

At the meeting, attention was paid to friendly ties and defense cooperation between the two countries.

It was noted that the Strategic Partnership Declaration signed between the two countries lays the groundwork for deepening the partnership between Georgia and Armenia across a variety of directions.

The conversation touched on the global and regional security environment and the importance of joint efforts toward tackling challenges.
