Police solved the case of premeditated murder in Shida Kartli - 2 persons arrested

The employees of Shida Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative measures and investigative actions, arrested E.M. (DoB 1968) on the charge of premeditated murder, and his brother E.M. (DoB 1959) for assisting in committing the crime.

The committed crime envisions up to 15 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that the defendants, on the basis of a mutual dispute, tied the hands of N.J. (DoB 1996) with a rope and strangled him.

Law enforcement officers arrested the accused persons as a result of immediate activities.

The fact is being investigated under Articles 108 and 25-108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
