Tbilisi City Hall starts accepting applications for financing tuition fees for students. Such a statement made today Mayor of the capital.

“From September 4, applications for the financing of tuition fees for the fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year for socially disadvantaged, large family members and students with disabilities will be accepted.

Within the framework of the program, persons registered in the territory of Tbilisi Municipality who are enrolled in the academic level of bachelor"s, master"s or doctorate, have an active student status and are in the unified base of socially vulnerable families, or are members of a large family or have a status of a person with disabilities, will be financed.

The amount of funding to be given depends on the average arithmetical score of the grades received by the student in the subjects taken in the previous semester, according to which students can receive 50, 70 or 100 percent funding within the semester amount, which is 1125 GEL.

Applications will be accepted until November 30, 2024”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
