A wide range of issues concerning the relationship between Georgia and Canada and the deepening of cooperation in multilateral formats were discussed in a meeting between the Georgia Foreign Minister the Ambassador of Canada to Turkey with concurrent accreditation to Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Ilia Darchiashvili and Kevin Hamilton discussed a wide range of issues related to their bilateral relations, focusing on enhancing cooperation within multilateral frameworks.

The Ambassador reaffirmed Canada’s unwavering support for Georgia’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and Euro-Atlantic integration, the Georgian foreign office said.

They also confirmed their readiness to continue and further enhance the fruitful cooperation between the two countries.
