Mamuka Khazaradze, leader of the Strong Georgia coalition, has confirmed that talks regarding an electoral alliance with Giorgi Gakharia’s For Georgia party are still in progress. He made the relevant statement after a meeting at the presidential administration.
“We have not yet finalized the negotiations. There are some technical issues to address. We have taken a break, and we will inform you of the outcome as soon as possible.
Despite differing perspectives on various issues, we have agreed to work together to unseat the Georgian Dream.
Our country stands at a crossroads, facing a serious and urgent challenge. The choice is clear: we can follow the Russian path or embrace the path of freedom—the European path. In our discussions, despite our differing views on many matters, we have resolved to unify our efforts to remove the Georgian Dream, under the leadership of Bidzina Ivanishvili, from power. Our shared goal is to swiftly guide the country toward European development and progress”, - said Mamuka Khazaradze.
