The Procedural Issues and Rules Committee discussed the pre-term termination of the Powers of the Member of Parliament for Levan Mgaloblishvili.

According to the Chair of the Committee, Irakli Kadagishvili, the appointment of L. Mgaloblishvili on the position of the Chairman of the Government of Abkhazia AR, which, pursuant to the Constitution of Georgia and the Parliamentary Rules of Procedure, is inconsistent with the status of MP, entailed the pre-term termination of his MP Powers.

The Committee approved a respective draft resolution.
