Cultural and educational events were held at the Georgian estate in Leuville

Members of the Georgian Parliament and Government attended cultural and educational events at the Georgian estate in Leuville.

The Leuville estate hosted events dedicated to the 8th anniversary of its return to Georgia and the 100th anniversary of the 1924 national uprising.

The Georgian delegation, alongside French guests, laid flowers at the memorial at Leuville Cemetery. During the events, an exhibition prepared by the National Archives of Georgia was opened, showcasing books from the personal collection of Thierry Berishvili.

The Leuville Chateau Museum Fund was established in Tbilisi on September 20, and its first exhibit is a chess piece donated by legendary chess player Nona Gaprindashvili.

A scientific conference on the 1924 uprising was held in the newly renovated spaces of Leuville Chateau. By September 2026, the estate will feature the Leuville Georgian Academy, museum and archive spaces, a library, a conference hall, a media library, a Georgian corner including a traditional Georgian house (oda), a vineyard, a qvevri (large clay vessel), and essential components for promoting Georgian wine.
