James O’Brien, the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, will meet with Archbishop Iakob of Bodbe of the Georgian Orthodox Church, along with Ketevan Chachava, the Executive Director of the Center for Development and Democracy, at the U.S. Department of State.
