Bidzina Ivanishvili and Georgian Dream are the guarantors of neutralizing risks, and maintaining peace and stability in the country. Irakli Garibashvili, the Chairman of Georgian Dream, said this at a regional event in Batumi for the ruling party election campaign.

“Unfortunately, our country is still facing the risk of war - our internal and external enemies know very well that the only way to achieve their goals is to bring an agency subservient to foreign interests into power. These stateless people are ready to seize power at any cost, including chaos, revolution, and then, of course, they should involve Georgia in the war”, - said Irakli Garibashvili.

He recounted the “historic victory” of October 1, 2012, when the people of Georgia removed an anti-national regime from power”.

“The biggest crime and betrayal they committed is the war of August 2008. They dragged the country into conflict, which resulted in the lives of our heroic soldiers, the occupation of additional territories, and thousands of refugees.

The internal and external enemies of the country know very well that the only way to achieve their goal is to bring an agency submissive to foreign interests into power... and then, of course, involve Georgia in the war. However, the Georgian Dream will continue to protect the country. Our leader, Mr. Bidzina Ivanishvili, and "Georgian Dream" are the guarantors of avoiding this, neutralizing risks, and maintaining peace and stability in the country”, - said Irakli Garibashvili.

He concluded by stressing the importance of the upcoming elections, urging citizens to choose between “war or peace and to support the preservation of peace and the victory of our country”.
