The Prime Minister of Georgia dismissed the idea of a “technical government” as absurd, emphasizing that the Georgian Dream holds a high approval rating of approximately 60%.

“In such circumstances, discussing the possibility of a technical government is nothing more than a farce. The plan for a technical government, although not fully executed, would only halt the country’s progress for a year and potentially lead to further instability, including war. The elections would proceed as usual, with a normal government being formed at the end of November or the beginning of December after the first session of the new Parliament.

The plan that is presented, which, of course, is not written, means to stop the country altogether for exactly one year, and during this period it means even more, to involve the country in war, to disturb the country”, - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
