Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia presented the 2024 activity report of the Supreme Council of Abkhazia.

"I had the honor of presenting the Government`s annual report to the Supreme Council of Abkhazia. In my address, I outlined the key areas of focus that defined the Government of Abkhazia`s priorities in 2024, with particular attention to the needs of citizens residing on the occupied territories, as well as those who are temporarily displaced. In this regard, it is essential to underscore that principal objective of our administration this year is to advance the institutional capacity of the Government of Abkhazia`s structures and to develop a transparent, needs-based budget that prioritizes the welfare of displaced populations.

Our work is grounded in a commitment to human-centered governance, the cultivation of public trust, and the unwavering belief that reconciliation and unity form the cornerstone of our shared future. There is no viable alternative to a peaceful policy. It is through this path that Georgians and Abkhazians must rediscover one another and rebuild the bonds that have been fractured", - said Levan Mgaloblishvili.
