The President of Georgia starts his official visit to Armenia`s capital, Yerevan.

The Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Tigran Khachaturian, will welcome Mikheil Kavelashvili at Zvartnots International Airport.

During his visit, he will be hosted at the Presidential Palace by Armenia`s President, Vahagn Khachaturian. The two leaders will engage in bilateral discussions, both in private and in an expanded format. Following their meetings, the presidents will address the media with joint statements.

Mikheil Kavelashvili will also meet with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the Catholicos of All Armenians, Garegin II.

The Georgian delegation includes Head of Presidential Administration Ketevan Kvinikadze, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Lasha Darsalia, First Deputy Chairman of Parliament Giorgi Volski, MPs Samvel Manukian and Sumbat Kyureghiani, Presidential Advisor on Foreign Relations Luka Ekhvaia.
