When we talk to Europeans, we say that we have facts, let’s counter this with facts, not lies and general statements, but counter fact with fact. This is how Georgian Prime Minister responded to the statements made by a representative of Swedish government.

In response to a question about the video released by the Speaker of the Parliament, he noted that this video is indisputable evidence that representatives of a foreign country are directly giving instructions on the Maidan.

“They were directly on stage, making calls, giving instructions on the Maidan. These are facts. When we talk to Europeans, we say that we have facts, so let’s counter this with facts, not lies and general statements, but counter the fact with fact.

When we tell you that you are encouraging extremism, we prove it with facts, videos, and your financing practices. We have direct facts about how these people are financing extremism in our country. We talk to them with facts, and from there come general phrases, and more often lies. This is sad. Come on, counter the fact with fact. This would be a European approach, but instead of a European approach, they are responding to us with a Soviet approach. The Soviet approach is a lie, general statements. This is very sad and regrettable”, - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
