The ongoing rally exceeded the norms established by the Law on Assembly and Manifestation, reads the statement, issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

"The organizers of the rally made calls containing the context of violence.

The rally organizers damaged the barriers of the presidential palace building on Atoneli street and attempted to break into the building.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs once again calls on all participants of the rally to follow the rightful instructions of the police and not to allow the situation to escalate artificially, otherwise law enforcement officers will resort to appropriate measures provided for by law".
