GCCA representatives conduct educational meetings with students in the Adjara Region on Consumer Rights and Competition Policy principles

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance legal and consumer awareness, the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency (GCCA) continues to organize informational and educational meetings across Georgia’s regions.

Within this framework, GCCA representatives visited the Adjara region, where they conducted interactive sessions with students of Batumi Public School N1 named after Ilia Chavchavadze, Batumi Public School N15, Kobuleti Public School N2 named after Ilia Chavchavadze, and Kobuleti Public School N6, named after Badri Berandze. The discussions focused on consumer rights, mechanisms for their protection, and the core principles of competition policy.

This initiative is implemented by the GCCA Training Research Center with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia. The project aims to promote equal access to information on consumer rights and competition principles throughout the country, ensuring that students in both the capital and the regions are equally informed and empowered.
