Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, the US and France - this is an incomplete list of countries that did not join the conclusion on Georgia prepared by the OSCE within the framework of the "Moscow Mechanism".

Spain, Italy, Portugal, Hungary, Greece, Cyprus, Slovakia, Romania, Malta also did not support the "Moscow Mechanism".
