Traffic for trailers and semi-trailers has been restored on the Gudauri-Kobi section

According to the Roads Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Georgia, traffic for trailers and semi-trailers has been restored on the Gudauri (Posta)–Kobi section of the Mtskheta–Stepantsminda–Larsi international highway.

Traffic on the Mleta–Gudauri and Gudauri (Posta) - Kobi sections will operate in a non-stop mode. On the Gudauri (Posta) - Kobi section, movement is permitted only through avalanche protection tunnels.

Trailers, semi-trailers, and M3 category vehicles (designed for passenger transport with more than 8 seats, excluding the driver`s, and a gross weight exceeding 5 tons) will move through the tunnels in a one-way (single-lane) mode.
