According to the Minister of Health, tickets have been purchased, and very soon, a Turkish intensive care specialist will arrive in Tbilisi to join the Patriarch`s treatment process.

"We have been working on inviting a foreign doctor since this morning. Practically, the decision was made early today; tickets have already been purchased, and in just a few hours, a highly qualified and highly authoritative Turkish intensive care specialist will be here in Tbilisi.

We have also reached an agreement with the clinic that he will be authorized to work. We will go through all legal procedures to obtain qualified advice from the Turkish doctor. I expect that his conclusions will practically coincide with the methodology currently being used for treatment. However, I am waiting with interest and positive expectations, hoping there might be some even better advice", - said Mikheil Sarjveladze.
