“Georgian Amelioration” ltd is carrying out cleaning works on the main irrigation canal in the village of Kazreti, Kvemo Kartli. As a result, water supply will be improved on 100 ha of agricultural land area.

A 4-kilometer section of the canal is being cleared of debris and vegetation cover.

Upon completion of the works, water losses and the risk of waterlogging will be reduced, while farmers will receive irrigation water according to the established schedule and in the required volume.

For ensuring uninterrupted water supply for farmers, “Georgian Amelioration” ltd continues to arrange irrigation infrastructure all over the country.
