The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Infrastructure has signed the relevant contract with the company that won the tender.
Football technical centers and artificial turf stadiums will be built in the town of Aspindza in Aspindza Municipality, the town of Akhaldaba in Borjomi Municipality, Kaspi, Khashuri, and the town of Agara in Kareli Municipality.
As part of the project, grandstands designed for 300 spectators, artificial turf training stadiums, and modern lighting systems will be installed, ensuring the fields can be used at any time of day. Dressing rooms, restrooms, medical rooms, and auxiliary spaces will also be installed.
The Municipal Development Fund plans to build more than 50 technical centers and artificial turf stadiums across the country.
The new sports infrastructure will promote the development of football in the regions and create a modern training environment for young people.
