By the decision of the Registration Committee of the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR) dated September 22, 2026, the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement has had its registration in EQAR restored.

The decision of the EQAR Registration Committee was based on the evaluation results of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA).

Within the framework of the evaluation, ENQA international experts thoroughly examined the significant changes implemented in the direction of higher education quality assurance during 2024–2025.

Based on the evaluation by ENQA international experts and by the decision of the EQAR Registration Committee, it was confirmed that the activities of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement and the higher education quality assurance mechanisms operating in Georgia fully comply with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG 2015).
